The divine message of Venerable Bhanu Gurudev: ‘For the all-round prosperity of the country, heritage including religion and spirituality should be developed.’ In a discussion on ‘Cultural Heritage of Kathmandu Valley’ organized by Shaheed Gangalal Foundation on 19 Poush 2081 at the Tourism Board, Gurudev said that the country itself can be made the capital of heritage by preserving the heritage including tantra, mantra and yantra. He said that people and heritage should be taken together and Nepal should capitalize on the International Yoga and World Meditation Day declared by the United Nations. Along with Venerable Gurudev, Dean of Lumbini Buddhist University Manik Ratna Shakya and Sunil Sharma of Nepal Tourism Board participated in the discussion. Various presentations were made in the program for the conservation of the heritage of Kathmandu Valley.
