It helps you to experience yourself as ‘Sakshi’ or the witnessing consciousness as different from the body, mind, and intellect. As a result of the program, you will experience deep inner peace, better physical health, and improved clarity and wisdom. This also paves the way for progress in spiritual practice and handover you the keys to self-realization and compassionate living.

This program is not for everyone. It is only for those people who want to personally experience God and live a divine life. God is not a person whom you will meet at the end of your spiritual journey, but a divine energy that reverberates within each of us. This deeply practice-based program will help you understand and transcend your physical and mental existence and delve into the depth of your spiritual being. You will learn the three main highways to living a divine life - Gyan Yog (the path of knowledge), Karma Yog (the path of action) and Bhakti Yog (the path of devotion), and the advanced Dhyan Yog (the path of meditation and mindfulness) method to travel on this beautiful road. 

The transcendental experience of the Divine in one’s own heart will enable us to clearly understand and appreciate all the spiritual scriptures and sayings of the Masters of all ages and religions. Only Bodh Vigyan graduates are allowed to take part in this program. (7-days physical classes)

Bodh Vigyan & Laya Vigyan Bhadra 13-26

This Training of Trainers program is for those who have completed the Laya Vigyan program and now intend to develop themselves as teachers and trainers of Jeevan Vigyan to positively change the world. It is a training program to produce mindful, compassionate, and skillful trainers who can build healthy, loving, and positive communities and societies through spirituality, yogic science, and Urja Dhyan (energy meditation).

To qualify as a Trainer, you will first have to complete the 7-day physical Prashikshak Prashikshak classes at Jeevan Vigyan and participate in a 101-day guided peer learning program of one and a half hours each.
